CareCloud’s executive leadership consists of talented professionals with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.



CareCloud is a healthcare information technology solution provider that offers hospitals and physician practices a comprehensive product portfolio of fully integrated clinical, revenue cycle and practice management solutions and other related business services including transcription and data management. CareCloud's Board of Directors keep the company’s mission, values, and vision at the forefront of the Company’s operations. The Board oversees CareCloud’s business affairs with the utmost integrity and works with management to establish the Company’s strategic direction. With a strong sense of fiduciary duty, the Board ensures that shareholder interests are maintained at all times.

Mahmud Haq

Mahmud Haq is the founder and Executive Chairman of CareCloud. Prior to founding CareCloud (formerly known as MTBC), Mr. Haq served as CEO and President of Compass International Services Corporation (NASDAQ:CMPS) from 1997-1999. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Haq served as Vice President of Global Risk Management for American Express (NYSE: AXP). Mr. Haq is a graduate of Bridgewater State College (Massachusetts) with a BS in Aviation Management and he has earned an MBA from Clark University (Massachusetts) with a concentration in Finance.

Bill Korn

Bill Korn joined CareCloud, formerly MTBC, in June 2013. For 10 years he served as Chief Financial Officer until his appointment as Chief Strategy Officer from May through October 2023. Mr. Korn has served as CFO for six other businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software, where he enabled the business to grow at an 87% CAGR through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. He also spent ten years with IBM (NYSE: IBM) as a member of the senior management team that created IBM’s highly successful services strategy in the 1990’s. Mr. Korn currently serves on the Board of Jerash Holdings (Nasdaq: JRSH). Mr. Korn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Crystal Williams

As Chief Operations Officer, Crystal Williams leads a global team of professionals pioneering new strategies and innovations in the areas of Client Success, Client Operations, Credentialing and Coding. With over two decades of leadership in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Ms. Williams is well versed in navigating the complexities of RCM, payor and client data-analytics, industry regulations, and leading-edge technologies to optimize revenue streams and client outcomes for a diverse range of healthcare providers Ms. Williams’ previously served as VP Client Operations for CareCloud.  Prior to joining CareCloud, Ms. Williams served as Operations Senior Director at GE Healthcare IT where she honed her leadership and project management expertise and developed a wealth of knowledge on data-driven RCM frameworks and transformative tech-enabled innovations. During her tenure at GE, Crystal obtained Lean certification and spearheaded numerous initiatives across the organization to optimize efficiencies, enhance client revenue, and improve company margins. Ms. William’s is based in our Windsor, Connecticut office.

Anne M. Busquet

Anne M. Busquet joined CareCloud's Board of Directors in July 2014. Ms. Busquet is presently the President of AMB Advisors, and has over three decades of executive business experience with American Express and Interactive Corp (IAC). She has led several successful businesses and served on various boards, including Blyth, Inc., and Meetic. Currently, Ms. Busquet serves on the Board of Pitney Bowes, Provista Diagnostics and is also a Trustee on the Board of Overseers for Columbia University, Business School, the Romanian American Foundation and the French Institute Alliance Francaise. Ms. Busquet graduated from Cornell University and received her MBA from Columbia University.

John N. Daly

John N. Daly has over 50 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning with 23 years at E.F. Hutton, where he served as an Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. After that, Mr. Daly worked at Salomon Brothers, both in New York and London, where he headed the Private Client Division and International Equity Capital Markets. Currently, Mr. Daly serves as a Trustee Emeritus of the Culinary Institute of America. Mr. Daly was awarded his degree from Yale University and completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 1979.

Cameron P. Munter

Cameron P. Munter joined CareCloud's Board of Directors in June 2013. Mr. Munter served as the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan from October 2010 through July 2012. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Munter held a variety of high-profile diplomatic positions in Iraq and also served as U.S. Ambassador to Serbia and U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission to Poland. Mr. Munter received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University and doctoral degree in Modern European History from the Johns Hopkins University. He was President of the EastWest Institute in New York until 2019 and now serves as senior advisor to Agora Strategy Group AG, a Berlin-based consulting firm.

Lawrence Sharnak

Lawrence Sharnak joined CareCloud's Board of Directors in April of 2020. Before joining CareCloud, Mr. Sharnak served at American Express for more than 30 years where he led in a variety of senior leadership roles. While working at American Express, Mr. Sharnak was also the founding sponsor of several employee networks including the Asian Network (ASA), the Professional Orientation and Development Program (P.O.D), and the Consumer Card Diversity Team. Currently, Mr. Sharnak is on the Board of Advisors for Cinch Board Services and he previously held board seats at Teach for America New Jersey, A+ for Kids, Consultants to Go, and Boca Grove. Mr. Sharnak received his BBA degree from the University of Massachusetts and his MBA from Babson College.
